Minchinbury Winery and Gardens

Currently we are working on a restoration and adaptation of the historic Minchinbury Winery & Gardens to the west of Sydney. The precinct was originally home to the Penfold’s “Minchinbury” sparkling wine production till the 1980’s when it relocated. The precinct is heritage listed in the area and seeking state heritage listing.
